Zoho provides a number of tools for businesses – CRM software, project management, and more. Zoho Social is the company’s social offering, designed to help brands boost their profile.
Through Zoho Social users can choose for posts to be published straight away or scheduled for a later date, and teams have access to a calendar for an overview of what is scheduled for when. A bulk scheduling tool means you can schedule posts for several platforms at once, a feature that some of Zoho’s competitors lack. Collaboration tools also allow teams to brainstorm content together and craft copy, as well as sharing reports and discussing key findings in one place.
Zoho Social also allows you to monitor what’s going on online, whether that’s mentions of your own brand, relevant current or trending events, or activity amongst your competitors.
The platform is available in browser and on mobile for both Android and Apple devices. Pricing starts at £8 per month for small teams, allowing two users to manage the social profiles of one brand. £20 per month gives two users the chance to manage one brand, as well as offering reporting tools. The price then goes up for agencies – £160 per month for 5 team members to manage ten brands, and £240 per month for twenty brands. Support is available via email.
