The CitrusHR platform is based on simplicity. The interface is very stripped down, encouraging users to focus only on the absolute necessities on each screen. A central dashboard gives topline insights, and each section can then be expanded for a more granular view.

Time off tracking and attendance monitoring are both included, but CitrusHR lacks any scheduling capabilities. There are tools to help you onboard new employees, but you won’t find any applicant tracking functions to help you through the hiring process. Expense management is included, as are performance review tools. However, CitrusHR does not include any benefits management tools.

CitrusHR’s self-service portal allows employees to submit their own leave requests quickly, potentially saving time for line managers. Timesheet submission is also easy, as is absence logging.

The platform is available at £2.50 per user per month, with a minimum commitment of £20. CitrusHR offers a 14 day free trial, and support is via email or phone.
