One of Insightly’s great advantages is its seamless integration with Gmail. If you use Google’s email service you’ll benefit from Insightly’s dedicated sidebar, that slots into your inbox and allows you to import key details from individual emails with one click.
Elsewhere Insightly offers a pretty fully-fledged CRM system, including workflow automation tools and simple email tracking. You can also easily integrate your social media, and of course there are web-to-lead tracking form options. Be aware, though, that Insightly does not offer multiple sales pipeline functionality.
Insightly was founded in the States in 2009, so it has some heritage. Insightly is available for free for up to two users with the first paid package available at $29 per user per month. We also found that users may be slightly put off by the interface, which is not as slick as some of its newer competitors.
Phone and email support are both included for all users, and there’s an API available to help you integrate Insightly with custom-built or third-party tools you’re using. It also comes with out-of-the-box Google Apps integration, without the need for additional services such as Zapier. It’s a solid choice for businesses of every size.
