Lead scoring is at the heart of this process. Freshsales claims to automatically score prospects, surfacing those who display signals that they are ready to buy. It then encourages you and your people to focus on those leads, clearly displaying who you should be following up with and who.
There are some downsides, though. Freshsales doesn’t offer some basic tools like social media integration, and you won’t get any invoicing or project management tools. However, you may be able to plug those gaps with other Freshworks products, for example their web conversion tool Freshmarketer or their collaboration platform Freshconnect.
