Apptivo is another CRM solution available from free. It’s accessible in browser, and also has mobile web and app deployments. It’s marketed at businesses of every size, but you should beware if you’re outside the States as phone support is only available within the US.
Apptivo focuses in part on lead capture. You can generate new leads through easily implemented website forms, through email-to-lead automation, or CSV or manual entry. You can also easily convert your contact types from lead to customer or opportunity. Apptivo doesn’t have built-in phone support, but it does offer some appealing dashboards to help you monitor conversions. You can set your own budgets and forecasts, and the app will display your performance as a series of meters showing your progress.
Apptivo also offers a range of other software solutions. They provide invoicing, project management, contracting, and more, meaning that you can, as with Hubspot or Zoho, potentially run your entire organisation through Apptivo apps. You can also easily integrate Apptivo with your G Suite, including calendar and task sync. You can also use Google Drive as a file storage solution, allowing you to add documents to contacts, customers, or projects.
