Hubspot is becoming a number one choice for a whole range of marketing activities. They offer a suite of tools, along with a popular blog and knowledge platform through which marketeers can get answers to key questions. Hubspot CRM is their customer relationship management tool, and it has one big advantage over its competitors: it’s free.
With a Hubspot CRM account you’ll get lead and contact management, multiple sales pipeline support, email integration and tracking, and built-in phone support as standard. Much like Zoho, though, one of Hubspot’s great selling points is its integration with the company’s other products. They currently offer marketing, sales, and service solutions (the latter of which allows you to build customer service portals), all of which are available from free, with ratcheted pricing. It’s theoretically possible to run an entire business on Hubspot products (and, of course, that’s what they’d like you to do).
You can also build email templates and monitor their efficiency, and Hubspot’s team setup makes it easy for all stakeholders to maintain visibility of key elements of each pipeline. The software also offers simple calendar integration, allowing you to generate shareable calendar links that they say will “help you book more meetings”.
Support is available by both phone and email.
